Print Pro ES

Pittsburgh Mailing has nine Video Jet Print Pro ES Ink Jet machines, the most of any mailer in the country. These machines have the most advanced technology in ink jet printing today, capable of printing true-type fonts in windows, graphics, barcodes, and the new USPS IMB barcode.

Pittsburgh Mailing uses MEK alcohol mixed with the ink to enable printing on almost anything, including glossy aqueous coating at speeds up to 40,000 pieces per hour, depending on the stock.

Kirk Rudy Inline Tabbing Systems

Pittsburgh Mailing has added a brand new Kirk-Ruby tabber. It applies tabs to all 3 sides in a single pass to meet USPS rule change effective January 5, 2013.

New for 2013

Our new MCS can image in black ink and one color ink at no additional charge. Max. output is 36,000 pieces an hour. 600 dpi for high quality imaging. Matching QR, 2D, IMB barcodes for highly personalized mail pieces.

Two MBO hot glue systems

Eliminates the need for tabbing. Easy open folded self-mailers. High Speed Application and USPS approved applications.

Muller Martini Inserters

Muller Martini Inserters with Video Jet Excel Print Systems

Pittsburgh Mailing has six Muller Martini newspaper/magazine inserters to fulfill all blow-in inserting needs, inserting up to 10 inserts into a jacket or magazine at speeds up to 6,000 pieces per hour. The unique vacuum systems allow the machines to insert stock as thin as 20 lb. paper or up to ½" thick. Each inserter has Video Jet Excel System inkjet capabilities, using a dotmatrix font. Pittsburgh Mailing uses MEK alcohol mixed with the ink to enable printing on almost anything, from glossy aqueous coating to very porous recycled newspaper stock.

Pitney Bowes Flow Master inserting system

Pittsburgh Mailing has six Pitney Bowes Flo Masters, delivering high speed and superior flexibility when inserting and addressing in line. The machines can handle up to six inserts and is capable of inserting 10x13 envelopes.

MCS Matching System

Pittsburgh Mailing's MCS matching system allows for intelligent inserting and brings a personal touch to direct mail pieces. By reading a small 2-D barcode printed on the letterhead, optical equipment on our Flow Masters matches your personalized letter with its outer #10 envelope. The system is 100% automated.
